How to order?

Ordering

You must enable cookies and pop-ups in your browser and add our email voudrick@yahoo.co.uk into your address book to prevent mail from being blocked by your spam-filter.

You add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, where you fill your address, postal code and choose appropriate payment method (read below about payment method limitations). Minimal order limit is set to $150, Maximum is $1500. For bigger orders you have to split it to several ones.

After order is placed the customer gets automatic notification. We leave certain time gap, so the customer may change / cancel this order.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Bank transfer and Western Union / MoneyGram.

Credit Cards (Visa)

Credit card is fast, easy and cheap way of payment, there is no extra transfer fee.

Name of the receiver of the goods has to be the same as the credit card holder's. If your order is larger than USD 1500 we can accept several consequent orders but only from trusted (returning) customer. If new unverified customer place several orders with total value more than $1500 at once, we shall cancel such transactions. Due to card fraud issues customer must provide reliable proof of ID to enable us shipping credit card orders to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We do not allow CC orders from certain countries we consider to be of a high risk. We can make phone check or ask for additional proof of ID even in case of CC order on the regular address. In case of any doubts we have a right to cancel any transaction and refund the money.

CARD FRAUD IS A THEFT - WE SHALL PROSECUTE! Complete information on all fraudulent transactions will be reported to respective police offices and Visa.

In case of any problems you should contact us first before disputing transaction with your credit card/bank issuer. In most cases this would help to solve your problem faster (we can refurn money in 1-3 days, for bank it takes 1-2 months). And do not dispute transaction too quick, ask us for delivery information first - your order might be already in transit.

Bank transfer

Our customers may perform bank-to-bank (SWIFT) transfer by visitng their bank branch or via online banking if this service is provided by their bank. Ask us for banking details, if necesary.

Western Union / MoneyGram

Western Union is easy and reliable transfer. Some of the features are:

U.S. citizens can use any major credit card to make a money transfer on-line by visiting www.westernunion.com or by dialing the phone indicated on the website.
Money Transfer can be made in any of 80,000 Western Union agencies worldwide.
Payment details for Western Union will be sent automatically to your email address after placing an order.

All necessary wire information is included with your order confirmation, which is sent to you immediately after placing your order. For detailed information on how to make a Western Union Money Transfer or to find your nearest Western Union agency, please visit Western Union website.

Please do not forget to email us transfer details (Order ID, MTCN, amount and names of payer and payee)

Delivery time & Shipping info

Registered airmail (currently unavailable). Delivery time: 3 weeks but it may vary depending on the country and city you live in. there is fixed shippnig cost.

Courier mail (DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS): 2-5 days. You should get a quote from us for the cost of delivery in advance. During ordering you must add it as "Delivery"

We may arrange special shipping methods to help you to avoid paying import duties, you simply get what you ordered without paying extra cent.

Return policy

Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail at voudrick@yahoo.co.uk  to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so. In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order with no additional charges; however it might take several days until it will be delivered to you. In case of loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund will not be offered.

Non-disclosure

We do not share your personal information with anyone and do not keep more information, which is needed for order processing.
